At Kaayaverse, we value your trust and satisfaction. Our goal is to ensure that every product you receive meets your expectations in quality and service.
This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds can be processed for orders delivered within our 100 km service circle.
2. Delivery Policy
Customers will receive a confirmation message and tracking details upon dispatch.
All orders are delivered within 72 hours of confirmation, subject to product availability and delivery location.
Delivery is currently limited to a 100 km radius from our operational hub.
3. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or replacement if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
- You notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- The product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all tags and accessories.
⚠️ Returns are not accepted for products that:
- Have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Are listed as non-returnable (e.g., hygiene or personal wellness items).
- Were purchased under special clearance or promotional sale.
4. Return Process

- Once verified, our team will arrange a pickup or replacement within 48 hours.
5. Refund Policy
Shipping or delivery charges are non-refundable, except where the product was defective or incorrectly delivered.
If a replacement is not possible, a refund will be initiated to your original payment method.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after product verification.
6. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, provided they haven’t been dispatched.
- Once the product is shipped, the order cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return under this policy.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
